Solar Roof-Mounting Systems
Most common solar array roof mounting systems use an extruded aluminum rail that is engineered specifically for the task. Various components are used to attach the rail system to the roof, attach the solar panels to the rail, and to electrically ground the structure for safety. Many of these roof mounting systems can be fitted with components to alter the angle of the solar array relative to the roof. This allows the solar panels to be set at an angle that is most appropriate for the latitude in which they are installed.
Because roofs come in an infinite variety of size, slope, and construction materials, a roof mounting structure must be custom designed to fit the building. We can provide the parts you need individually, or we can use engineering software to build a package to suit your specifications. Please call or email to discuss the sort of solar array mounting that is right for you.
